OverWorld Jobs is a free job board for everyday workers — the people who keep warehouses moving, drive the deliveries, care for families, clean the buildings, cook the food and build the things the rest of us rely on.
Our mission
Finding honest work shouldn't mean wading through fake listings, recruiters who charge "placement fees", or job ads that hide the pay until you've handed over your details. We built OverWorld Jobs to make the everyday job search calmer, clearer and genuinely free.
We focus on the roles that most job sites treat as an afterthought: warehouse and logistics, driving and delivery, care and cleaning, hospitality and the skilled trades. These are real jobs that real people depend on, and they deserve to be presented with the same clarity as any office role.
How it works
We gather job listings from established, reputable sources and partner job feeds, then normalise them so the title, employer, location and — wherever the employer provides it — the pay are easy to compare at a glance. The salary is always the loudest thing on the card, because that's what matters most when you're deciding whether a job is worth applying for.
Every listing runs through automated scam checks before it reaches you. We filter out adverts with the warning signs of fraud — upfront fees, "pay for your own visa", vague employers and recruiters fishing for personal data. No filter is perfect, so we also tell you, on every job, never to pay to apply.

Applying through OverWorld Jobs is free and always will be. We never charge job seekers, and we never sell your details to recruiters. When a listing is ready to apply to, we send you straight to the employer or the original source — no account, no paywall, no catch.
The site is supported by unobtrusive advertising, not by charging workers. That lets us keep every job free to find and free to apply for.
Who runs OverWorld Jobs
OverWorld Jobs is an independent project run by a small team that cares about fair access to work. We are not a recruitment agency and we are not paid to promote particular employers. Our only job is to help you find a real one.
