Terms of Use

Last updated June 2026

By using OverWorld Jobs you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain what we do, what we don't, and the limits of our responsibility.

Job listings come from third-party sources

OverWorld Jobs is a job-search service. We do not employ anyone advertised here and we are not the source of the vacancies. The job listings on this site are gathered from third-party job boards, partner feeds and employer sources. We normalise how they are displayed, but we do not alter employer-provided job titles or salaries, and we cannot guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, complete or still open. Always verify the details with the employer or original source before applying.

We never charge to apply

Applying for jobs through OverWorld Jobs is free. We will never ask you to pay to apply, and no legitimate employer should either. If a listing asks you to pay a fee, send money, or hand over bank or identity details before hiring you, treat it as a scam, do not proceed, and please report it to us.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep listings fresh and to remove expired or suspicious adverts, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing has been vetted. Use your own judgement when applying for any role.

External links

When you apply, you usually leave OverWorld Jobs for an employer's or partner's website. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OverWorld Jobs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any job listing, or from your dealings with any employer or third party found through the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
